AllMACD and AllMACDOnChart

Hi,
Please take a look at the updated AllMACD indicator and the new AllMACDonChart indicator with an unique ability to build overbought/oversold levels(eg. 80/20) for both indicators.
And as a result of this, the AllMACD indicator can now plot the MACD index. Thus, now you have the opportunity to use both forms of the MACD: not bounded and bounded index(-100...100).
