UniLineBreak Oscillator for MT4

The new UniLineBreakOscillator indicator, which is fully consistent with the updated UniLineBreak indicator and has 5 visual modes:
- relative difference in pips (for uptrend - linebreak and price vs support or lower band and for downtrend - linebreak and price vs resistance or upper band)
- anchored momentum since trend change in pips
- LineBreak Stochastic (-100...100)
- trend direction in histogram form
- bar counter since trend change
