UniKagiTrend for MT4

The updated UniKagiTrend indicator, which is fully consistent with the updated UniKagiChart indicator and has 5 visual modes:
- relative difference (for uptrend - kagi vs resistance or upper band and for downtrend - kagi vs support or lower band)
- anchored momentum since trend change
- Kagi ROC
- trend direction in histogram form
- bar counter since trend change
