It's strange that you don't see the indicator in the Navigator window. It works fine for me, even in a new folder.

After copy ! IN10TION NewsReader v09.995c into the indicator folder, the indicator is not shown in the navigator tab of my MT4 build 1441.

And the picture in your post about ! IN10TION NewsReader v09.995c shows versin ! IN10TION NewsReader v09.995b.
